YES! This is exactly how it is for me too!!! Perfect! ha ha! My little boy is always asking to "draw sum'in'" whenever I get out the paper and pencils and so usually I get him all set up nicely beside me, which works for about 2 seconds. Then he's drawing on my paper. This means I really can't use the tablet while he's around...

Yes indeed...I get "Mommy, I want to paint too! Can I use YOUR markers? Look Mommy, it's you!"

This is hilarious and so my life! This is also what it's like in the bathroom, no "rest" room for mom's=)

I think they would make great assistant animators.....
Putting pants on the head and strangling your animator is an industry standard practice :P
Hope you're well!

Thanks everyone! Good to know there are lots of eager little art helpers out there! And too true, Britni. Those doors mean nothing. And ha ha, Laurent, I should totally put them to work! :)

ah! That's so precious. I've got THREE little ones. Fortunately, my "drawings" are done with metal and a torch, so the kids know that they can't get too close while daddy's working. :D

Ha! Hmm... maybe I could warn my kids that the pencils are very sharp? :)
