Cinderella
Thank you everyone very much for all the kind comments on the Dragon Girl story. I've felt so encouraged and inspired the past couple days because of them.
This sketch is for drawergeeks' Cinderella topic. I was hoping to ink her, but then it got late. India ink, the nice carpet and my sleepiness seemed like a bad combination.
I don't think I've ever run fast enough to loose a shoe. Although I did trip on a curb once and somehow accidentally kicked my shoe two houses away.

this is such a wonderful sketch. i'm glad you didn't ink it too, but i'm still curious to know how it would have turned out if you did.
This is saying a LOT... but I think this is my favorite from you so far. So much life and emotion. I am going to take a few moments and just stare at it.
Your Fan,
Jeremy
i actually ran up the steps into church one time and lost a shoe. and i totally felt like cinderella! :D
I actually like your drawings that aren't completely complete. They give n00bs like me a glimpse at how you construct your drawings. This one is very pretty.
very dynamic
Sarah, this is really an intense and great sketch!!!
